Book Talk "Peak" By Roland Smith

My book is about a boy named Peak Marcello who's passion in life is to climb mountains. Unfortunatley for Peak, he lives in New York City; surrronded by tall skyscrapers. So, Peak decides to climb a skyscraper. Due to some legal issues, Peak is forced to live with his father, who also loves to climb. Peak's dad ows a climbing company; selling gear, and leading expedtions to the summits of numerous mountains. So while Peak is with his dad, his dad offers him the chance to climb Mount Everest. The tallest mountain in the world. Peak's birthday is in a couple weeks, and if he summits before his birthday, he will be the youngest person to ever summit the tallest mountain in the world.
